1. What We Collect

StellarPlay.io collects only what is necessary to operate the prediction platform:

• Stellar Public Key — Your wallet address, used to process predictions and payouts. This is a public blockchain address, not personal information.
• Prediction Data — Game type, prediction side, amount, timestamps, and transaction hashes. This data is inherently public on the Stellar blockchain.
• Local Storage — Your wallet address is saved in your browser's local storage for convenience. This data never leaves your device.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Government-issued identification
• IP addresses for tracking purposes
• Browsing history or behavioral data
• Cookies for advertising or analytics
• Location data

3. Blockchain Transparency

All predictions and payouts are processed as Stellar blockchain transactions. By nature, blockchain transactions are:

• Publicly visible to anyone
• Permanent and immutable
• Linked to your Stellar wallet address (not your identity)

This transparency is a feature, not a bug — it ensures fair play and allows anyone to independently verify that the platform operates honestly.

4. Data Storage

Prediction records are stored in a private database to enable features like player history, live activity feeds, and payout processing. This data mirrors what is already publicly available on the Stellar blockchain.

We do not store any data that could identify you personally. Your Stellar wallet address is pseudonymous — it is not linked to your real-world identity on our platform.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform uses the following external services:

• Stellar Network — For processing all payments and payouts
• Binance API — For cryptocurrency price data (no user data shared)
• Cloudflare — For DNS and DDoS protection (standard web infrastructure)
• TradingView — For price chart display (embedded widget, no user data shared)

None of these services receive your personal information from us, because we do not collect personal information.

6. No Cookies

StellarPlay.io does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. The only client-side storage used is browser localStorage to remember your wallet address for convenience. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

7. No Advertising

StellarPlay.io does not display advertisements and does not share any data with advertising networks.

8. Data Retention

Prediction records are retained for platform operation and player history features. Since this data is also permanently recorded on the Stellar blockchain, deletion from our database does not remove it from the public blockchain.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion) have limited applicability. However:

• You can view all your predictions at stellarplay.io/wallet/ by entering your wallet address
• You can verify all transactions on stellar.expert
• You can clear your local storage at any time
• You can stop using the platform at any time without any account deletion process

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect platform operations, including encrypted key storage, firewall protection, and intrusion detection. However, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for securing their own Stellar wallets and private keys.

11. Children

StellarPlay.io is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
